How it works
You see one character card at a time, 32 in all. Swipe right or tap YES if the character appeals to you, left or NO if not; go on first impressions, and use undo if you change your mind. At the end you get a grid of every card you said yes to, with a chat link for each. The quiz does not score you into an archetype: you hold your yes pile against the seven descriptions below and see which ones it fits. Answers stay in your browser's local storage and nothing is sent to a server.
The seven archetypes
These are the seven we write guides for. Each has a full page on what it looks like in practice, the green and red flags, and how to raise it with a partner.
Dominant
Takes control, leads the dynamic, and guides the experience with intention. On the cards, this is a yes to the characters who set the terms: the princesses, the bounty hunter, the ones who are not asking. Read the Dominant guide.
Submissive
Yields control, follows direction, and finds freedom in surrender. Good girl and Lila French maid are the plainest tells in the deck. Read the Submissive guide.
Switch
Moves between leading and following depending on mood or partner. If your yes pile has both the princess and the maid, start here rather than forcing a choice. Read the Switch guide.
Primal
Raw, instinctual, closer to animal than etiquette. The fox, kitsune, deer and rabbit cards are drawn for this, and the breeding cards sit next door. Read the Primal guide.
Voyeur
Enjoys watching. If you said yes to Blonde cheating wife or the step-sister cards for the situation rather than the person, the pleasure is in being the one who sees. Read the Voyeur guide.
Exhibitionist
Thrives on being watched. The goth cards and the ones posed straight at the camera are the nearest matches; the guide explains what consent looks like on this side. Read the Exhibitionist guide.
Rope Bunny
Loves being tied, and finds calm in it. Latex Lucy is the closest card; the guide covers the sensation, the aesthetics and the safety shears. Read the Rope Bunny guide.
Reading your yes pile
Two archetypes usually show up, with one clearly ahead. If the top one surprises you, that is the useful result. If your yeses are split evenly between characters who lead and characters who follow, read the Switch guide before deciding you are one or the other. If they cluster on scenario cards (the step-sisters, the cheating wife) rather than looks, you are responding to a dynamic, and Voyeur or Dominant is the place to start.
The archetype is a name for a pattern, not a label you have to keep. Plenty of people read the Submissive guide, recognise half of it, and find the other half in Rope Bunny.
Build a character to the archetype
If you want a character written to one archetype rather than just dressed for it, the editor on ourdream.ai lets you set personality and backstory, not only looks. Start from the card you liked most and change how they behave.
Privacy
No account, no email. Your answers are saved under one key in your browser's local storage so you can return to your results; restarting the quiz clears them. The 18+ confirmation is shared with the FMK game and Bubble Battle, so you make it once.
Take the quiz
A few minutes, and you finish with the cards and the archetype names side by side.
