What anonymous means here, exactly
Most online quizzes are anonymous in the sense that they do not ask your name. This one is anonymous in the sense that your answers never leave the device:
- No signup: no email, no username, no password. The quiz opens and you start.
- Local storage only: your progress and your yes picks are saved under a single key in your browser's local storage. That is the only copy.
- No server: the quiz makes no request that carries your answers. There is nothing on our side to breach, subpoena or sell.
- No identifying cookie: there is no ID that ties a set of answers to a person, so we could not look yours up even if asked.
- One 18+ check: the age confirmation is also a local flag, shared with the FMK game and Bubble Battle, so you make it once and it is stored the same way.
How the quiz works
32 character cards, one at a time. Swipe right or tap YES if the character appeals to you, left or NO if not, with an undo for slips. At the end you see every card you said yes to, each with a link to that character. That grid is the result; there is no score, no label and no email with your results in it, because there is no email.
Where your results live, and how to delete them
Because the results are in local storage, they behave like any other site data in your browser:
- They persist until you restart the quiz or clear site data, so you can close the tab and come back.
- In a private or incognito window they are gone when the window closes.
- They are per browser and per device. Results on your phone are not on your laptop, and vice versa.
- Anyone with access to the same browser profile could open the results page, so on a shared device restart the quiz when you are done.
- Clearing site data also clears the 18+ flag, so you will be asked again next time. That is expected.
If you want to go further
- Use a private window: nothing to clear afterwards.
- Use your own device: the local-storage model protects you from us, not from whoever else uses the computer.
- VPN, optionally: it hides your IP from the sites you visit. It changes nothing about the quiz itself, which already sends nothing.
Afterwards
Each yes card links to that character on ourdream.ai. That is a separate site with its own account and its own privacy policy; nothing from your quiz is passed to it except the character you clicked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this quiz really anonymous?
Yes. No account is required, no email is collected, and your responses are stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to any server. There is no identity for your answers to be linked to.
What data is stored?
Only your quiz responses, stored locally on your device. This allows you to return to your results later. You can clear this data at any time by restarting the quiz or clearing your browser data.
Can anyone see my results?
No. Your results exist only on your device. We have no way to access them, and there is no account linking your results to any identity.
Why no signup?
Kink exploration should be private by default. Requiring signup would mean collecting email addresses and creating accounts, both of which are privacy risks. We skipped that entirely.
How do I delete my results?
Restart the quiz, which clears your previous answers, or clear your browser's site data for findmykink.com. Either method removes the data completely.
